Follow these steps to access your billing history and download an invoice or payment receipt:
Go to blocksrvt.com and sign in to your Blocks account. If you need help signing in, see the article “How do I access my Blocks account through the plugin or website?”
Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner of the page and select “My subscription”:
Click “Update Payment Information”:
Download an invoice or payment receipt
On the next page, you’ll see your billing history. Select an entry to view its details and download the invoice or corresponding payment receipt, if available.
The details page includes the invoice number, which also appears on the document itself. Our support team may ask for this number to look up your subscription in our system.
