If you don't remember your Blocks account password, you can reset it through the Blocks plugin or our website.
1. Resetting your password through the Blocks plugin:
On the Blocks plugin login screen, click on 'Forgot Password?' below the password entry field.
Enter your registered email address and click on 'Continue'.
A code will be sent to your email. If you don’t see the code in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
Return to the password reset screen and enter the code in the 'Code' field.
In the 'New password' field, enter the new password you wish to set. Your new password must have at least 9 characters, including 1 special character, 1 number, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 lowercase letter.
Repeat the same password in the 'Confirm new password' field.
Click on 'Change password'.
2. Resetting the password through the Blocks website, on the browser:
Click on 'Login' in the top menu of the website: blocksrvt.com.
Click on 'Forgot Password' to reset the password.
Enter your email in the specified field and click 'Continue'.
A code will be sent to the provided email. If you don’t find the code in your Inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
Return to the password reset screen and enter the code in the 'Code' field.
In the 'New password' field, enter the new password you wish to set. Your new password must have at least 9 characters, including 1 special character, 1 number, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 lowercase letter.
Re-enter the same password in the 'Confirm new password' field.
Click on 'Change password'.
