If you don't remember your Blocks account password, you can reset it through the Blocks plugin or our website.
1. Resetting the password through the Blocks plugin:
- On the Blocks plugin login screen, click "Forgot Password?" below the password entry field.
- Enter your registered Blocks email and click 'Change Password'.
- A code will be sent to your email. If you don't find the code in your Inbox, check the Spam or Junk folder.
- Return to the password reset screen and enter the code in the 'Code' field.
- In the 'Password' field, type the new password you want to set. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long, including 1 special character, 1 number, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 lowercase letter.
- Click 'Change Password'.
2. Resetting the password through the Blocks website, on the browser:
- Click on "My Account" in the top menu of the website: blocksrvt.com.
- Click on "Forgot Password" to reset the password.
- Enter your email in the specified field and click 'Continue'.
- A code will be sent to the provided email. If you don't find the code in your Inbox, check the Spam or Junk folder.
- Return to the password reset screen and enter the code in the 'Code' field.
- In the 'Password' field, type the new password you want to set. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long, including 1 special character, 1 number, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 lowercase letter.
- Click 'New Password'.
