You can reset your password through the Blocks plugin or the website.
Reset your password through the plugin
Open the Blocks plugin in Revit and, on the login screen, click “Forgot password?”;
Enter the email address linked to your Blocks account and click “Continue”;
A code will be sent to your email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. The code will only be sent if the email address is registered with Blocks;
Go back to the password reset screen and enter the code in the “Code” field;
In the “New password” field, enter the new password you want to use. Your new password must be at least 9 characters long and include 1 special character, 1 number, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 lowercase letter;
Re-enter the same password in the “Confirm new password” field;
Click “Change password”.
Reset your password on the Blocks website, in your browser
Click “Login” in the top menu at blocksrvt.com. On the login screen, select “Forgot password”;
Enter the email address linked to your Blocks account and click “Continue”;
