It is possible to schedule the cancellation of your subscription or temporarily pause it at any time, at no additional cost.

Step-by-step guide to schedule the cancellation or temporary pause of your subscription:

  1. Visit the Blocks website from the following link: blocksrvt.com.

  2. Click on the 'My Account' option, available at the top right of the page.

  3. Enter your email and access password in the designated fields and click 'Log in'.

  4. After accessing your account, click on the 'Settings' tab, then on the 'Cancel subscription' or 'Pause subscription' option, as per your preference.

Through the 'Cancel subscription' option, you can schedule the cancellation of your subscription. In this way, your Premium access to the entire range of families provided through the Blocks plugin will be preserved until the end of the current billing cycle for which the charge has already been made.
Although Premium access is maintained until the end of the current period, no new invoices will be generated as the subscription has been scheduled not to renew.

Opting for a temporary pause can result in a period of 1 to 3 months without new charges for your subscription. At the end of this interval, your subscription will automatically become active again. It is also possible to end the pause at any time and reactivate your subscription immediately if desired.

How to unpause the subscription?

The subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the scheduled pause interval. However, if you wish to unpause it earlier, it is necessary to contact our team; it is not possible to perform the procedure otherwise.

You can contact us through the chat on our official website - blocksrvt.com - or through our email: [email protected].

Important considerations:

To prevent the next subscription renewal, it is crucial to schedule the cancellation in advance of the expected renewal date.

If, for example, the renewal of your subscription is scheduled to occur tomorrow, it means that a new invoice and charge will soon be automatically generated. Therefore, it is necessary to schedule the cancellation before the new invoice would be generated to avoid a new charge.

If the cancellation is scheduled after the new cycle's invoice has been generated, the subscription will only be canceled at the end of this new cycle. In this case, a charge will be made for this new invoice. Automatic billing attempts will continue until payment is successfully completed, or until repeated failed payment attempts occur enough times for the automatic cancellation of the subscription to take place.
