Reporting an Issue
To report an issue with a family, you first need to open its details. To do this, hover your cursor over the family name, located at the bottom of its representation, and left-click the arrow that appears pointing diagonally, as shown in the image below:
With the family details open, click on the 'Report Issue' option:
A window will appear where you can describe the issue you encountered (1) and add one or two images showing what is happening (2). Click 'Send' (3) to submit your report to our team:
This way, you help us identify errors that may go unnoticed and ensure that all provided families continue to function perfectly.
