To change the number of Premium accesses allowed by your subscription, follow the steps below:
Access your Blocks account through our website: blocksrvt.com;
Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner of the screen and select the 'My subscription' option:
Next, click on the 'Update Payment Information' option:
A new page will open showing the number of Premium accesses allowed by your subscription. Click the button related to updating the subscription, as shown in the image below, to adjust this quantity according to your preference:
The subscription price will be adjusted according to the number of accesses selected. Click 'Continue' to proceed to the final step of the process:
Finally, a confirmation screen of the updates made to your subscription will be displayed. There, you can review:
the number of Premium accesses available;
the total plan price;
and the renewal date.
Click 'Confirm' to complete the process. By confirming your new subscription, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy:
If the number of Premium accesses set is equal to or greater than 2, your subscription will allow the creation of a Team.
