At Blocks, we do not send a confirmation email for registration. To verify if the process was completed, try accessing your account on the blocksrvt.com website or on the Blocks plugin, using your email and password. If you are able to access, the registration was successful.
If you cannot access, check the following:
If the email and password are correct;
If all characters in the email are in lowercase;
If there are no extra spaces in the email or password.
Forgot your password?
If you forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking on 'Forgot Password' on the login screen, either on the website or the Blocks plugin. Follow the instructions to create a new password, which must be at least 9 characters long, including 1 number, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 special character. (Note: periods or hyphens are not considered special characters.)
A code will be sent to your email to complete the password reset. If you don't find the email in your inbox, check the Spam or Junk folder.
