An email confirmation will not be sent regarding the completion of your registration on Blocks. To verify if your registration has been successfully completed, it is necessary to attempt access to your account through our website - verify.blocksrvt.com - or through the Blocks plugin, using the email and password you registered. If you can access it normally, this means that your registration is in our database and was created successfully.
If you are unable to access your account, please check if your email and password are entered correctly; if all characters in your email are in lowercase; and if there are no extra spaces at the beginning and/or end of your email and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" option, available just below the field designated for entering the access password on the login screen, on the Blocks website and plugin. After resetting the password, you can try accessing it using the new password you set.
Your new password must have at least 8 characters, including 1 special character, 1 number, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 lowercase letter.
A code will be sent to your email, which should be used to complete the password reset procedure. If the email with the code for changing your password is not received in your Inbox, check if you received it in your Spam or Junk Email folder.
