How to schedule a cancellation or temporary pause for your subscription
Go to your Blocks account at blocksrvt.com;
In the top-right corner, click your profile picture and select My subscription;
In Subscription management, choose:
Cancel subscription to cancel at the end of your current billing period;
Pause subscription to stop payments for 1 to 3 months, starting after your current billing period ends.
Important: After selecting an option, make sure you complete the entire process. A confirmation message will appear on screen once your request has been successfully scheduled.
If you cancel or pause your subscription, your Premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. If you choose to pause, it will begin only after the current cycle ends, and your subscription will automatically resume once the pause period ends.
Cancel subscription
Your cancellation will be scheduled for the end of the current billing period;
You’ll keep Premium access until that date;
No new invoices will be generated after the cancellation takes effect.
Pause subscription
Billing will be temporarily paused for 1 to 3 months, depending on your selection;
Your Premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing period;
The pause will begin after the current cycle ends;
Your subscription will automatically resume at the end of the pause period;
If you want to reactivate it earlier, contact our support team.
How to remove a scheduled cancellation or resume your subscription before the pause ends
By default, your subscription automatically resumes after the pause period ends.
If you want to resume it earlier, contact us at [email protected] or through the chat on our website or in the plugin at blocksrvt.com. If you want to remove a scheduled cancellation, you’ll also need to contact our support team.
Important information
Schedule your cancellation before your renewal date to avoid a new charge;
If a new invoice has already been generated, your subscription will be canceled or paused only at the end of the current billing period. If payment for the current cycle is still pending, automatic retries may continue;
If our team needs to make changes on your behalf, we’ll need to verify your identity. Contact us from the email address linked to your subscription or share the invoice number from your most recent payment. To download your invoice, see "Downloading invoices and payment receipts."
If you contact us through chat, WhatsApp, or a different email address, and we can’t verify your identity right away, we’ll send a verification code to the email linked to your subscription. Share the code in the chat to confirm your identity.
