We recommend that you always keep the Blocks Plugin up to date on your computer. The current version is 2.2.0.
To check which version is installed on your computer, follow these steps:
Through the list of installed programs and applications in Windows:
Open the 'Add or Remove Programs' tool;
Search for 'Blocks' in the search bar;
The plugin version will appear next to the name 'Blocks BIM'. In the example below, the version is 2.1.7:
Through the Windows Control Panel:
You can also check the plugin version through the Windows Control Panel by following the steps below:
In the Windows taskbar, type 'Control Panel' and select the option from
the results;
Select Programs > Programs and Features;
Find 'Blocks BIM' in the list of installed programs. On the right, in the 'Version' column, you’ll see the plugin version:
Note: The plugin is designed to update automatically. Only users with very old versions need to worry about manual updates, as versions prior to 1.0.3 do not have automatic updates. In such cases, we recommend manually uninstalling the old version and downloading the latest one from our website: blocksrvt.com.
