Forgot your email or made a typo?
If you can't sign in because you forgot your account email or think you made a typo during signup, try the steps below:
Try your other email addresses
If you have more than one email address, try signing in with the ones you use most often. If it works, the email used for that login is the one linked to your account.
You can try signing in in two ways:
Through the Blocks plugin within Revit;
Through the official Blocks website: blocksrvt.com.
When entering your credentials, make sure there are no extra spaces in your email address or password.
Reset your password
If none of your sign-in attempts work, you can request a password reset. To do this, follow the instructions in the article "I forgot my password."
If the email address you entered is registered with Blocks, a password reset code will be sent to your inbox. Receiving this code means your email is correct, and the login issue is likely just a forgotten password.
After completing the password reset, try signing in again to confirm whether the issue has been resolved.

If you were able to reset your password but still cannot access your account, our support team can help investigate what may be preventing you from signing in. In some cases, the issue may also be related to your computer or the network you are using.
Unable to complete the password reset? We can also check our system to see whether there is an account linked to your other email addresses and help update any typos.
For users with an active subscription, providing a recent invoice or receipt number can help us locate the account and identify which email address is registered with Blocks.
