I don't remember or registered my email incorrectly

What to do if you forget or register the wrong email and can't access your account

If you don't remember the registered email or believe you typed it incorrectly during registration, follow the steps below:

  1. Try accessing your account with the different emails you have. If successful, that’s the registered email. You can access it through the Blocks plugin in Revit or through our website: blocksrvt.com.

  2. If you are unable to log in, contact our support via email at [email protected] or through the chat on our website blocksrvt.com, so we can assist you in finding the correct email or updating it for you.
